Shipping destinations and processing time
We ship worldwide. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes ( either international or domestic)
Upon receipt of the order you will receive an order confirmation and Missio team member will reach out within 1-2 business days with order updates or a tracking number. Lead times vary by item type. Please allow 1 to 6 weeks shipping window.
We aim to accommodate customers greater urgency to the timing of the delivery.
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at contact@waz.nlk.temporary.site ; If we do not receive a notice within 24 hours we will go forward and the return policy will apply.
Domestic shipping
We offer free one to five days express shipping on all purchases. Same Day and Overnight shipping is available as well based on where you live and product availability All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.
International shipping
Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination, normally it is 5 -12 days depending on your destination. Orders are shipped at $20 flat rate. All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer. All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.
Domestic and international returns
Missio accepts 14 day return window starting from the day your item gets delivered.
If you decide our jewelry is not for you, just head on over to returns, email us at: contact@waz.nlk.temporary.site; to receive your return authorization and instructions. You can return in-stock as well as made-to-order items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging. All resized or personalized pieces are final sale. Please read this carefully before making your purchase.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment card approximately in 3 -15 business days depending on your card issuer.

Repair warranty
Missio will repair your pieces within 1 year of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. Services covered under our warranty: Jewelry polishing and reshaping, Stone tightening, Clasp or jump ring repair/replacement.
Beads restringing
Warranty does not cover any pieces lost or discarded, improperly used or damaged resulting from everyday wear and tear.
All our pieces are handmade and may include slight unique variations in color and size for our gemstones and pearls. Scratches through daily wear are expected as gold is a soft material. Each slight variation adds character to your piece and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Beyond the warranty date we would be happy to repair your NiMa jewelry for a charge.
